Thank you for shopping with TechDeck. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing any goods from our Site, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Definitions

  • Digital Goods: Any product delivered electronically, including but not limited to software licenses, downloadable files, e-books, audio/video files, and access credentials, delivered via email or through your account on our Site.

  • Physical Goods: Any tangible product shipped to you, including hardware, printed materials, merchandise, or other items requiring physical delivery.


2. Digital Goods – No Refunds or Exchanges

  1. Immediate Delivery

    • Digital Goods are delivered instantly upon purchase via the email address you provide or made available in your account on our Site.

    • You are solely responsible for ensuring your email address and account contact details are accurate and up to date.

  2. Final Sale

    • Due to the nature of Digital Goods, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

      • Exception to refunds/replacements:
      • We offer refunds/replacements if the product is faulty, can't be used, isn't delivered in time. 
      • All sales of Digital Goods are final. No credits, refunds, or replacements will be provided for change of mind or accidental purchase.

 

  1. Support & Issue Resolution

    • If you encounter any issues accessing or using a Digital Good, please join our Discord server and contact our support team there.

    • We will make commercially reasonable efforts to troubleshoot and resolve legitimate access or technical problems but are not obligated to issue refunds.


3. Physical Goods – Limited Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refund

    • We accept returns of Physical Goods only if the item is:

      • Faulty or defective upon arrival;

      • Damaged in transit;

      • Not working as intended under normal use.

  2. Return Process

    • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing support@techdeck.ink with your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a description of the issue.

    • Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  3. Refund Issuance

    • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs.

    • If the item is found not to be faulty or damaged as claimed, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to you at your expense.
