3. Physical Goods – Limited Refunds

We accept returns of Physical Goods only if the item is:

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs.
